We recognized our March Students of the Month at both the middle school and high school—thank you to Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc for making these awards possible.
We also celebrated Kadence Munn on her signing to continue her basketball career at Northern Oklahoma College, and wrapped up by presenting Memphis Burdine and CJ Stephens with their OCA All-Star Football jackets.

CUB Week stands for Cougars Uplifting and Building. It's our week to come together as a school to support a cause much better than ourselves.
This year, we are beyond excited to partner with Cargo Ranch, a local mentoring program that provides a safe, supportive space for kids in our community. To help them be able to build their new horse barn, 100% of our proceeds from the week will go directly toward that.
Stay tuned for exciting daily events, opportunities to give back, and plenty of school spirit!

We are so proud of this group for continuing to raise the bar and represent NRC so well. Big things are happening- keep it rolling, Cougars! 🐾

The NRC girls competed at Dr. Gil Morgan Golf Course in Wewoka on March 26, where Elyssa Camacho earned a 7th place finish. They followed that up at the Sapulpa Girls Invitational on March 27 with a 3rd place team finish, led by Robyn Click (4th) and Olivia Ramirez (10th).
On the boys side, Jet Smith competed in the Bixby Invitational and tied for 5th place with an impressive round of 72.
Great work by our Cougar golfers! ⛳️

These two were recognized this morning during our district-wide assembly, and we couldn’t be more proud. Their heart and commitment to our students and staff make a lasting impact across our district each and every day.
Thank you both for all you do to make NRC such a special place. We are so blessed to have you both! 🐾❤️

We are so proud of you, Kadence, and excited to see you represent North Rock Creek! 🐾

This week we have two NRC 4-H'ers at the Ignite Conference in Washington D.C.! 🐾
🔴 Tori Nelms, an 11th-grade Oklahoma 4-H STEM Ambassador and Innovator, is returning to the Ignite Conference in Washington D.C., to lead another hands-on workshop, continuing to inspire the next generation of innovators through leadership, creativity, and a passion for STEM. Representing Oklahoma on a national stage, Tori is making an impact by empowering students and proving that youth leadership can drive real change.
⚫️ Grace Hobbs, a 10th grader at North Rock Creek, is representing our school, community, and state on an international stage as an Oklahoma State 4-H Ambassador and State Record Book Winner in Fabric & Fashions, where she is leading a workshop at the Ignite International 4-H Conference in Washington, D.C.
Grace’s project, 4-H Has Heart, was selected to be showcased at the Ignite conference; Grace has inspired over 20,000 4-H members across two countries and impacted more than 90,000 nursing home residents, truly representing the best of North Rock Creek, Shawnee, and Oklahoma by showing what it means to lead with heart and live out Cougar Spirit.

Thanks to their grant, our students now have a new sewing machine and supplies to bring their creativity to life.
