Regional CHAMPS! 🔥 The Cougars are headed to Super Regionals- let’s keep it rolling!

With our home meet last week, NRC’s regular track season has officially come to a close, and it’s been one to remember. Before we head to Regionals this Saturday at Chisholm High School and the State Track Meet next week, let’s take a moment to recap all the hard work and accomplishments from this season.

As a team, the boys set 82 personal bests this season.
As a team, the girls set 38 personal bests this season.
Both the boys and the girls teams won the Conference title as well as our home meet.

NRC competed in its first Special Olympics Powerlifting Competition on Sunday, and our athletes made an incredible impression.

Out of 37 competitors, NRC Special Olympians Keegan Collier and Khymber Moody stood tall in their respective weight classes. Both competed in combination events, including squat, bench press, and deadlift and both earned 1st place!

These two athletes also took 1st place overall in total points in their weight classes.

Way to go, Cougars! 🐾

Congratulations to Jet Smith, NRC Senior for qualifying for 4A State golf. Jet shot an opening round 75 to pave his way to an individual spot at OSSAA STATE at Winter Creek Golf Course in Blanchard.

Today we celebrate the incredible bus drivers of NRC!

Rain or shine, early mornings and long afternoons, they safely carry our most precious cargo and greet our students with a smile.
