Congratulations to all our CYA basketball teams on an incredible second season! Today, they were honored at the NRC Elementary and Intermediate assemblies for their outstanding achievements.

Congratulations to Slayton Graham and Rody Wright for taking 1st place at the OKHS Fishing Tournament on Lake Texoma! With a 5-fish total of 17.87 lbs, they dominated the competition and also secured Big Bass of the tournament with a massive 4.77 lb catch! Way to go, guys! 🎣🏆

North Rock Creek Girls Golf was in action this week! ⛳️ Varsity placed 3rd in the conference tournament at the Elks Golf Course and had 3 top 10 finishers. Robyn Click - 4th Olivia Ramirez - 7th (tie) Harper Haskins - 7th (tie) The freshmen won 1st place in the Sapulpa Junior High golf tournament at Rock Creek Golf Club and had 2 place in the top 10. Paisley Harlin - 5th Olivia Ramirez - 6th

The NRC Archery Team made history as they took home their 2nd straight State Championship! They are in the process of raising money to order State Rings. North Rock Creek is planning to use future Education Sales Tax proceeds to fund a safe room/multipurpose room for our secondary sites. We’ve seen the huge impact this has made at our elementary & intermediate schools, and we know the need is just as great for our remaining sites. Keeping our students safe & supported is a top priority! ✅

CUB Week, NRCHS' annual philanthropy week, is upon us! This year's theme is SUPER KIDS! Show your support for OU Children's Teen Life Program across the district from March 31 to April 4! Dress up, buy a shirt, donate a dollar for a chance to pie your Elementary principal in the face, or buy a wristband to attend 5th hour games (9th-12th graders) to support our goal of $5,000! Thanks to proceeds from the Education Sales Tax, our elementary & intermediate schools have a tornado safe room—a place that has been used several times to protect our students & community. The Shawnee Kiwanis Pancake Feed is coming up on April 2, 2025, at the Shawnee Expo Center! 🥞 ⏰ 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 💲 $10.00 Donation (Children under 5 eat FREE with an adult donation!) This year, we’re thrilled that our third-grade students are able to attend! Plus, a big shoutout to our baseball boys, who will be working a shift in the evening to help support this great event.
