In a fun and hands-on Thanksgiving tradition, Ms. Barry and Mrs. Whitehead’s class got a taste of history by making their own butter for the class Thanksgiving feast. The students shook jars of cream, laughing and working together as they transformed the cream into fresh butter. It was a delicious lesson in teamwork and history, as they learned how butter was made long before store-bought versions existed. The homemade butter was served at the feast, adding a personal touch to the celebration. It was a memorable, creative way to get into the holiday spirit!
