EMERGENCY READINESS PLAN
FIRE/EVACUATION
- Fire alarm will sound and/or continuous bell will sound. Announcement will be made regarding the site of the fire.
- North fire evacuation – Everyone goes to the football field
- South fire evacuation – Everyone goes to the west side of the main parking lot
- East fire evacuation – Everyone goes behind the portable buildings
- West fire evacuation – Everyone goes to the 1st-5th grade playground
- Immediately evacuate the building following evacuation procedure.
- Authorized personnel will give all clear.
TORNADO/SHELTER
- Announcement over the intercom, “Due to the weather advisory, please go to the Middle School Building,” and a series of three (3) short rings of the bell will be sounded.
- Authorized personnel will give all clear.
